Shipping & Returns
Please allow 1-2 working days for orders to be shipped.
We ship worldwide (some countries are unavailable at this time).

- All UK orders are sent 1st Class with Royal Mail and aim to deliver the next working day, including Saturdays.
- All International orders come with tracking and do not require a signature.
- Please note, we do not ship to P.O boxes or freight forwarders.
- Duties and Taxes: For all orders, if there are any duties or additional taxes owed upon receipt of delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any of those additional costs.
Failure for the customer to pay any additional costs and duties may result in the order being returned back to us, and if so, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs incurred.
- We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for whatever reason*, no questions asked, provided we get them back within 14 days of receipt and in perfect sellable condition.
- The item(s) must be in its original and unused condition.
- Paper Plant Studio currently does not offer free shipping for returns, therefore it is advised to send item(s) back to us using a trackable service. We hope to offer free returns as the business grows, however we are currently a small independent business.
To submit a request for a refund, please follow the following steps:
1. Send an email to us at email@example.com with subject line: [Return Request - Order #] 2. Please let us know the details and reason behind your return request in the email body.
3. If the return request falls within the return policy timeline of 14 days of receipt of your order and complies with our returns policy above, our Customer Care team will respond with further info.
4. Once the Customer Care team receives the return and if the item(s) satisfy our return policy conditions, we will issue a refund to your account and send you an email to confirm the refund. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5.Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show up on your original method of payment.
